hobo1955 and ExciteFame, PVP trapping.
I'd file this under harassment.
They were doing /tpahere to people and setting them in a pit, complete with a harming potion trap. I have a screenshot of the dispensers, and I removed their potions to do no more harm.
*I was warned not to go, but I'm not standing for assholes in this server.*
ALTHOUGH, people have the option to /tpaccept at their own risk, they did this unknowingly.
Does this not also go under 'trolling another player?'
This is PVP without the other players consent. Is that permitted?

I do not appreciate being called an "asshole".
This language is not necessary. Also , as you can see in the picture , you are standing on a platform. Clearly the pressure plate could not have been triggered from such a distance and it looks like you did not trigger the pressure plate. This is not a trap for players , and was never intended for such use , but one for lingering mobs to be pushed into.
I do not believe this is enough proof to take action on.

I hate it when people do this and try and find loopholes.
Its a dickish thing to do and i cannot tolerate this...

Hobo is lying he even said that its a loop hole to kill players. He did it to other players and didn't show remorse for doing it.

this is taken from the RULES: No Stealing (Anarchy is exempt for obvious reasons)
This includes taking Blocks, Picture Frames, Torches, Contents of Chests* & Furnaces*, Animals, Horses, Mobs, Mob Spawners, Tools, even crops. Any object that you could consider "yours" is an object you are not allowed to steal from someone else.

*Please note stealing from an unprotected chest, furnace and hopper (one you can get to without griefing to access it) is allowed.

I don't think that's considered a mobtrap, when there's a tube ten blocks above the ground level where mobs spawn.

Watch out for this gang. They have an unprotected safe house just east of BaconRidge.

We had it closed off so mobs didn't drop on our visitors who tped in.
