Well as you can tell my the title of the subject im not getting my Rickies. Thats kind of a problem considering i will adventually lose my town cause i cant pay the daily taxes. I'v asked other players to try and claim there Rickies and they are able to but yet i still cant. Psico45 has also witnessed this he watched me step onto the plates and click the button, nothing. So he sent me here :P. If this can be fixed soon that would be amazing!

I noticed today that the same thing is happening to me. The ATM machine at spawn said I spent 228 minutes online but then didn't pay out, and cleared the minutes to zero. The ATM is also reporting that I have 0.01r more than the /money command says I have. Others online at the same time as me weren't having this problem.

The ATM pays you whenever you log out of the server and the ATM when you view its screen is actually showing you your post-payout Ricky amount not your before amount. So do /money before you go to the ATM to use it or do /money log out then log back in and do /money again and you'll see your Rickies have increased.

I did see Syke with /bal at 0, then claim the money and his /bal stayed at 0. I claimed and I did recieve the rickies. Not sure why their cases in particular do that.

I think the amount has to be above 0 to get any from it.

I saw this happening to Sykesilverhaze, so what I did is check /money before I stepped onto the machine (my balance was in the thousands). Then I pressed the button and the machine said I now have the same amount +0.01r... when it should have shown it +228r. Then I checked /money again and it had not increased at all. I stepped on the machine again and the time had reset to zero. I logged off and logged back on and there was still no increase in rickies.

Hopefully this is just a fluke, I'll try signing off for an extended period of time and see if it works again later today.

Yup, I logged back in this evening and the cash is flowing again. It must have been a temporary anomaly.

Ok, now its happening again. Today I tried to cash in 192 minutes and I got nothing. I repeatedly tried cashing in small amounts a few times in a row after that, and got nothing. Rick came by, saw this happening and gave me more than I was owed, but this is something that might be worth investigating.

wait so the ATM now allows for users to gain money automatically when they log out or do you still need to clicky the button
