It doesn't matter if you just joined the server. The rules are posted everywhere, you were given a chance, and you still didn't listen. If you really wanted to be here, you would've stopped after the first time.

Your not getting unbanned by me at least anyway. I warned you numerous times after your 1st Ban/unban. It wasn't just the grief you did to Happy. It was the constant asking and begging for items in chat. Asking over and over for Fly. Complaining about pvp and talking in caps. If another Moderator/Admin feels you deserve another chance then so be it. But I have had enough of telling you to stop, and reminding you of the rules.

Try asking again in 2 weeks to show that you really mean the not misbehaving. Keep in mind that you have given your words on not doing anything bad and that has its weight. Times and times again I see players given second and third chances and they all but make good use of them.

Like I said, try your ban appeal in 2 weeks. Around February 4th. If it's by me, you'll stay banned until then.
