Appeal Statement:
I haven't been on this server in weeks and the last time I tried I was not banned. I only destroyed/damaged constructions I have built or were built on my land. The only times I have damaged property outside my claimed land is when I have been told it is unused/out-of-date/unwanted/to be removed.

Stephanie_W banned you for this, when we ban, we use logblock. Logblock doesn't lie, so if your name was on the blocks that were broken, they were broken by you.

Yeah, thanks, I know how log block works I've been a moderator many times so I accept that people don't get banned on hearsay and, my point is if I damaged it I was told that it was no longer of any importance.

This person is an active person on our survival server. can you try another story. if you know how logblock works and also being a moderator many times. you would know that your story does not match up and what your saying is a lie. you griefed and you know it so own up to the real story of why you got banned. and come back with a proper apology of what you did

If I'm an active user check my last 3 logins. You can clearly see I haven't been online in weeks, so that's not a lie for a start.

Yes I know how log block works, it gives information about a block, i.e. who removed it or placed it or both.
I understand that is log block gives you the information then I am responsible and I am in no way trying to deny that.

My issue is that I have no quarrel with SJL1999 and I don't think I've ever interacted with him/her at all and therefore have no reason to grief. I say again anything removed by me was (at the time) unused/out-of-date/unwanted/to-be-removed.

I detest griefing with a passion and know the hassle it causes for admin/moderators as much as anyone else.

Please don't accuse me of lying, I have no reason to, I am unlikely to use this server often (unfortunately) as I have a busy schedual these days. I dispute this ban on principle because I believe it to be unfair.

Exactly!!! I don't know who he/she is! I don't even know what I have supposed to have griefed because believe it or not "SJL1999's rank build in survival" isn't very specific.

I've unbanned you as this is your first ban. Please keep in mind the server rules about griefing. It is much harder to receive an unban a second time.

You must have explicit permission when you destroy blocks that aren't your own, you can always ask staff to help with this. If your name appears on a build that you don't have permission to destroy, that is what constitutes your griefing ban.

The fact of the matter is you griefed it. No one gave you permissions to remove the build. We keep records of the allowed build take overs. No Staff told you it was okay to removed it and the only other one who would have permission to do so would be SJL. Since he claimed you griefed him I highly doubt this was the issue.

How build take overs work is the Staff approving it has to LB the entire build to find out who built it and if they are active or if there are any remaining deadbolts placed on it. The person must at least be over 90 days of inactivity or perma banned. Since none of this applies to SJ since he is on almost every other day I don't see how this could be.
