Player Spotlight: Elflords

Elflords
This player spotlight comes from the newbie but impressionable builder, Elflords! One of his builds in the server is the Roaring 20's style city in Creative. There will be more yet to come from his gifted hands.
Who are you? When did you join RenMX?
Everyone calls me Elf and I joined RenMX on July 20th, 2015, so I am a relatively new player.
What do you enjoy the most in our server?
The one thing I enjoy about the server the most is the custom plugins and all of the other simple elements that help enhance each player's experience. They are what make the server especially unique and fun to play for me.
What types of creations do you like to create?
For the most part, I make modern and simplistic buildings. I have yet to try a medieval style or anything of that kind. I have recently started to build taller buildings and experiment with new types of builds, though I think of myself of being better at interior design than exterior.
How do you plan before you create?
I usually come up with an idea in my mind, but throughout the build, I make it up as I go along. This is how I've always built and this way I can always change something I don't like that I have created. I don't have to stick to an original plan, which I rarely ever do.
Do you have any tips for us to craft better creations?
The only advice I can give others on this is that practice makes perfect. Like every other builder, I am always learning and getting better. No one starts off a great builder. I am far from being as great as many other builders, but with practice, just like everyone else, I can eventually be great. I can only tell others to keep trying and eventually, you will get where you want to be.
Any projects we look forward to?
Currently, I am working on a city in creative, but I plan to build in survival in a short time. I don't know what will come, but I'm looking forward to making many new things on the survival server as well.
If you're going to implement a feature for RenMX, what would it be?
I would make it more obvious in chat who is who. I have seen people of all ranks that are not staff confused for staff, and I think it would be a good idea to have the rank name clearly on all users, not just a color.
What's your feedback about our community?
This is quite honestly one of the best communities I have ever encountered. Not only are the staff friendly, but it's easy to get started because of all the help offered by all of the players. If there's a problem, staff are happy to help. I also love the website and all of the features, as I mentioned before.
