is anyone else having problems connecting?

it simply wont connect for me, it tells me it is timing out.
and when i try and erase my dat file on the server "hoping it might fix the glitch" the server wont respond to the request and times out

vod's power went done, but is back up now. The internet is still down though, should be fixed in like 10 hours
