Shop ability purchase change

Previously it was possible to purchase the same ability multiple times like Permanent flying, backpack or XP Insurance.
Now when you purchase these either for yourself or others as a gift there is a check performed to make sure the person receiving the ability doesn't already have it. If they do, you'll receive a message in-game telling you that either you or the person you're gifting it to already has it.
This will stop duplicate purchases of Backpacks, Flying or XP Insurance
