Permenant flying added to our Web Shop

You can now purchase permanent flying for yourself or a friend for R10,000. So if you don't want to vote 100 times for it you can just purchase it.

I know it's pricey but it's something extra to purchase and it doesn't undermine voting which benefits the server greatly.
