Player Spotlight (Rambo_Nol)

Now, our next Spotlight is Rambo_Nol! From the line of PvP warriors, Rambo ascends as currently the latest player we've ever encountered to be so menacing. Of course, He is not a major builder by profession but possesses a habit of killing players wherever he sees one (Don't worry, he doesn't often kill, just keep an eye on him). He's a Director as of this post.

Who are you? When did you join RenMX?
I joined RenMX on September 6, 2013. I am just a super genius in the most advanced high school academic program (http://www.cgsva.net/cgs/default.aspx) who likes to test the bounds, and show the flaws in things so they may be fixed (hopefully) in the future. I also like seeing difference and diversity in things! I'm only 14 years old and appear to be bipolar online with two sides, the first seems to be a douche who nobody likes because he PvPs and takes advantaged of rules and people to bend them into his own way, the second seems to be a normal mature adult who helps people out and is glad to do extra.

What do you enjoy the most in our server?
The thing I enjoy most is a rather twisted thing, which is manipulating the flaws in systems of people or the server to show weakness and errors that will hopefully be corrected of the server and people in the future. If you want a direct minecraft activity it would be ruling PvP and making my name known by it.

What types of creations do you like to create?
If you mean anything I like to create, I like to create diversity in the personalities and actions of the server to make life more fun. If you mean builds I like to make anything PvP related or anything that can be used for actual minecraft mechanic uses, like chestrooms, or furnace areas. Special redstone contraptions included.

How do you plan before you create?
I really don't plan (unless of course you mean my devious plans to spice up the server) my builds at all, I just improvise as I go along.

Do you have any tips for us to craft better creations?
All I can say is from my experience of what I have been shown to be good builds and off the few builds that I build which are good, the key to "detail" is building with stars, and have good colour contrast.

Any projects we look forward to?
Yes, I am currently working on my CP/EC build, which is a survival games map. I have had some feedback and I have heard from people that so far it is turning out to be pretty amazing.

If you're going to implement a feature for RenMX, what would it be?
It would definitely be something to add diversity to the options of what you can do in the server. An example being right now the only kind of ranks other than staff that can be earned are for building. I was thinking you could add ranks for skills and contests, like PvP, survival games champion, spleef champion, or other things. There could also be some more activities like the current "Easter Eggs" the server has that makes RenMX unique and better from others.

What's your feedback about our community?
My current feedback would be some feedback that could be more helpful instead of fun or cool. DO NOT do things like assassinations (Surprise PvP kills), chest stealing, or other stuff like that UNLESS you can handle the heat and consequences that come with it. I know from quite a lot of experience that you need to know how and when to talk to people about it. Plan out your every move if you intend to and STAY CALM if something goes wrong. In fact stay calm in general. The server currently has some heat going on about newly popular things such as PvP, and it seems to be causing a lot of frustration. Read through the rules and know what to expect from what is allowed, and don't be stupid about it. If you want to be safe from PvP, which most seem to right now, stay in a town or actually fight back. If you can't afford a town or something, voting is 100r per vote and 4 votes a day (one is every 12 hours). successful referrals are 1000r each, and you gain 1r per minutes. You could also just sell stuff to people. It is easy to scrounge up enough money to claim land. If you don't own a town and don't intend to then build in an enclosed area, as griefing in the wilderness is still against rules. In my opinion, the biggest thing you can do to protect yourself is to BE OBSERVANT and MAYBE WATCH THE ONLINE MAP. You can see all players on it except for vanished staff and invisible players. Even disguised will show on the map, but not in the tab menu. Just try to have fun and be diverse in what you do, and don't complain if something bad within rules happens to you. You have plenty of ways to protect yourself!

Freak, are we allowed to suggest or recommend people for future spotlights? Not even specific people, just those who fit these traits? If we can I'd suggest doing people who are very interesting and might do things out of the ordinary without harming the server. For example Daigle's was very interesting because he didn't just play mc, he used CAD to plan his creations and mine wasn't only on building. Some specific suggestions would be Happy_Merchant, infinite_pain, or maybe even see into the thoughts of an unpopular person person (no offense intended at all) like hobo (for example if unbanned of course). This is a really genius forum idea and it'd be cool to have the most strange and interesting interviews of those you can't predict or have been very successful.
