I'm sorry to have to make yet another one of these topics but our internet access was down today from about 1:30 PM until 4:30 PM UK Time.

This was (again) due to our internet service provider having technical problems with their network. The server was turned on and working but had no access to the internet so no one could connect during the times stated above.

Hopefully this doesn't become a regular occurrence.

I think it comes down to that residential internet is not suited for anything mission critical. I'm sure virgin media has "business" internet with an SLA, but I'm sure it costs a lot more for less speeds than you get now.

They do have Business internet however it has conditions.

1. You have to be in a business property not residential
2. It is 50Mb down not 120Mb like I have
3. It is throttled down to almost nothing outside of business hours

I have already looked into it and sadly this is the best I can get.

Well it's not like this has happened often, just very recently. I mean I have been playing here for a while and I dont think I have seen the server down in 10 days total maybe. It's always been a thing of hours and some times it has been due to upgrades and updates so crash-wise is very low.
