Today I have gone through all the permissions for the latest version of Towny and fixed everything according to their documentation.

This means everything now works as it should, residents in towns cannot withdraw money from the town or the nation that the town is a part of.

I know this has been a big problem recently and I'm happy to get it resolved. I hope Towny doesn't go changing their permission nodes again!

We all hope for that and thanks for this much needed fix!
