Changes to the Shop and Auction System

Just so everyone is aware. To get players to use the Auction system more I have increased the price on many things in the shop. Some things have increased in price by 4x while others 16x - The only things increased at this time are above ground blocks (Cobble, Logs, Dirt etc) and farming supplies (Seeds, Saplings etc).

I have also made it so the Auction System now automatically lists "Buy Only" listings for 30 days and it only costs you 1 Ricky per listing for Buy Only listings. This is to encourage the selling of low-commodity items (Like farming supplies and above ground blocks).
