Acknowledgement of a bug on our webstore

It was brought to my attention today by xboxjunky2232 that after purchasing flying from the webstore if you logged out of the server and back in you were then not flying and unable to use /fly unless you purchased it again.
This is a bug, not the correct behaviour. It is due to a design limitation in PermissionsEx that I was not aware of. I will be creating a fix for this when I have some free time.
