New year's resulution thing for server.

soo everyone it's a new year and I was just interested about new year's resolutions regarding the server. My new year server resolution thing is to improve my behavior overall 
I am going to have trouble doing this because I need other people's opinions on my behavior on the server bust besides the point what is your new year resolution on the server or just in general?
