New thing on the forums

I thought it would be cool if the forums index showed who was online and on which server. Information you couldn't get before unless you were in IRC or in-game.

The information shows only if there are users in the servers, if there isn't then it collapses to save space.

Thanks, Pri. People don't need to visit IRC just to ask staff to list who's online.
I'm SUPPORTER and was the first Asian and youngest staff member at age 13.
