It will be the same concept as creative, only the challenge to it would be to get the blocks yourself, but I could see where it could be used rather cheaply, as in the nether or end...

Players still need to be an Architect or higher. The reason I've set this barrier is because it's a tool for our experienced builders only. I've given it to donators because hey, it's incentive to donate which helps the server.

Normal users and Apprentices won't have it and it will give them a reason to try for Architect, there really isn't that many Architects playing these days.

I dont like the fly thing either. People could use the ability to make alot of stuff unfair. Like in fights. Someone could just fly around and shoot you with arrows.

One of the reasons I thought this change was okay to do is that Tekkit already has flying. Almost everyone is flying on there using the Tekkit flying armor and rings. So I really don't see it as a big issue giving fly to certain ranks on our survival server as it hasn't affected our Tekkit server negatively.
