Boat builders needed!

On survival i am in the process of making a luxury yacht, not for an application, but for looks. I have the hull of the vessel finished all i need is someone to make the "party deck" i am very in-experienced in this sort of thing. I need a person who knows how to build not someone who thinks they can build it or a quick buck. please reply with a suggestion! Thanks!
