banned because of lag :'(

i was playing minecraft like about 5 min ago and my minecraft started lagging very badly and i was typing a message and it must of send very much because i got banned for spamming

I thought it sounded weired to be banned from lag or spamming. All I know is that the only thing you can get is kicked from the server when you spam... (the first time)
Anyway, good that it's all fixed!
