This game is awesome I got it today on Steam for £11.99 it's basically a tower defence game but with a twist, you are inside the area you are defending in a 3rd person perspective. So not only do you place down objects to kill orcs as they try to get from A to B (like a normal defence game) but you yourself are running around with weapons able to kill orcs too.

Definitely give this a try. I hope they add multi-player to it in an expansion.

There is a game very similar to Orcs Must Die, it is called "Dungeon Defenders".

It is basically a Tower Defense-RPG-Hack n' Slash game that you play in 3rd person, 1st person or bird's eye perspective.

Yeah, they seem like very similar concepts with similar gameplay but they are completely different.
I am having a lot of fun with both though.
OMD seems to have quite a bit more strategy involved in it. Not so much a "hack'n'slash" game.

I got this game (with some controversy) and it's super fun. Thanks for recommending it.

Just thought I'd note that Orcs Must Die! is currently £2.99 on Steam as part of their Christmas sales. That's a 75% saving over what I paid originally.

The DLC is also down to just £1.23 for both DLC's

Complete a level with just weapons an the wall arrow thing today to get a present in the steam gift pile whatamajigga.

I uninstalled my controversial version of the game and bought it on Steam with the 2 DLC's for $5. Happy Panda.
